Strategy sold $105M in bitcoin, bought back $81M of its own preferred stock

No clear lean
Small sale relative to holdings, likely routine finance move not a shift
What happened

Strategy (the company famous for aggressively buying and holding bitcoin) sold about $105 million worth of its bitcoin last week. It used part of that money, $81.2 million, to buy back some of its own preferred stock, called STRC, which is a type of company stock that pays a fixed dividend.

Why it matters

Strategy has built its whole reputation on never selling bitcoin, so any sale gets attention, but this amount is small compared to the billions in bitcoin they still hold, so it looks more like routine financial management than a change in strategy.

Should I do anything?

Nothing to act on here. This is one company managing its own balance sheet, not a signal about bitcoin's value or safety.
